Event highlights
Innovation 2025 has a jam-packed agenda, with sessions including:
- Masterclass on Generative AI - Global Government Forum’s Training team will provide hands-on examples on how you can best use artificial intelligence to help you excel in your role and enhance your productivity.
- How to rewire government to achieve true digital transformation - This session will share best practice on how to create true digital government, providing insights on how teams have overhauled how they work to improve the experience of interacting with government. Speakers include Emily Middleton, Executive Director, Digital Centre Design Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and Paul Wagner, CEO, Canadian Digital Service.
- What does innovation mean for me? - Civil Service leaders will discuss how to address the challenges that they face in being able to make systemic changes to the way that government works. Speakers include Cat Little, Chief Operating Officer for the Civil Service and Permanent Secretary to the Cabinet Office and Ravi Gurumurthy, Chief Executive, NESTA.
- Round table discussions and networking opportunities - In addition to the event’s core agenda, there will be a series of roundtable discussions where senior leaders and colleagues can exchange their views on how to tackle shared challenges.
